We want you to be completely satisfied with your Springfree Trampoline purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your eligibility.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully disassemble the trampoline and pack all components into their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of each package.
- 3.Arrange Transportation
Schedule a pickup with the designated freight carrier or drop off your items at an authorized shipping center as instructed by our support team.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
